Need to create a "smart symbol" for wall type symbol

I need to create a symbol for wall types that works like the other symbols (section, elevation, detail, etc.). I'd like for it to work like these in the sense that it would update the number shown on the symbol, it would link to the appropriate places, etc.

Otherwise, I will have to create them all by hand - and I have many wall types!

Any advice?

In Label Tool Settings select the one for wall tool and set it up as required
(by wall ID or custom marker text/shape).
Than in Wall Settings dialog check "Label Wall". The wall will be labeled with
editable label.

Why not to use Zone Tool for rooms.
It will name/number rooms and also list other data
(area, volume, perimeter, etc.).
