New Stairmaker AC12

It`s good to know Graphisoft didn`t forget stairmaker

Is it possible to save my default attributes like we do with objects??

Like setting 2D appearance to my taste, so not change it again each time I create a new stair.
Thanks

To handle this I would probably save a Favorite of each Stair Type. When I needed a new chair with my attirbutes I would apply a Favorite to become the default, place it and then open in in StairMaker to modify only the geometry.

Yes, that works. Thanks Laszlo.
Although I would rather save defaults like with objects.
Maybe a wish?

While we can save favorites of stairs, I notice in the the Favorite Preferences there is no listing for the Stair Tool. Why? Is this an oversite or something unique to how the stair tool works?

The Stair tool is basically just a stair object selector (if you just use the delivered stair objects).

Within it, you can select Create Stair etc., to access Stairmaker which is an Add-on.

This distinction is the reason for that, I guess. Just my 2c.
