Purlins showing in 3D CI tools roof covering

Hi, my timber roof purlins are showing as outlines on my roof cladding using CI tools. How can this be fixed so that they can't be seen? It previously was 'normal' (without purlin lines showing) and just recently started showing them.

SEO?  Layer Intersection Group Number?  Building Material Intersection Priority?    Is this only at a certain zoom level?
