cant find my model in 3d?

In parallel I can see my model fine, but when I switch over to perspective it disappears and I cant find it anywhere.. iv tried zooming about in and out, panning about and “zoom fit in window” and nothing.
Is there a way I can center it back to the middle of the screen again?

On ground floor use a camera and then go to 3d from navigator by selecting the camera you made.
