Wish started in 2009https://archicad-talk.graphisoft.com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=28816&p=149058&hilit=rotating#p149058
Unfortunately, Graphisoft don't put USABILITY high on there to do list. Little things like this would make a world of difference to us users every day.

I cannot start to emphasize the need for this command. What on earth are people doing when they're arranging a plan? The flow is completely disrupted when I have to decide on a center of rotation, reference the first line, reference the second line – only to miss the 90° rotation by 1.7 degrees because of some snap point I cannot turn off.
Please, please add this, and take inspiration from it in the way it allows for a swift workflow.

What I do?
CTRL + E, move mouse to the right, click, hit A and type 90 and hit enter.
Not as fast as having one button to do this, but it is fool proof, since it doesn't matter if your reference was straight or not.

We need fix in Archicad so that certain angles are prioritized like 30°, 45°, 60°, 90°, because of this, a random turn by 89.34° would be impossible.

Agree 100%
CMD+L, CMD+R would be simple and align to a lot of other software rotate 90° commands (add other angles, etc in the settings for folks that want more options)

You can set incremental guides to 15° (or any angle you want multiples of i.e. 10°, 22.5°), and you will have snap guides at those angles as you model - if you have the snap guides turned on of course.
Even with them turned off, your SHIFT key will still constrain to those angle.
