ARCHICAD needs a real cladding tool. I know that some third part tools have been developed but it should be integrated.

@BerndSchwarzenbacher has developed an add-on that does this, but I agree that we are in dire need of a native solution for this.
And not only cladding, but also "zero thickness" coatings, like colors, too!

I know that many workarounds exist.
Ex. in France an ARCHICAD reseller deliver a metal cladding object.
