You can control it:
1. Exit ArchiCAD.
2. There is a setting in Regedit (or its Mac equivalent).
Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Graphisoft\ArchiCAD\ArchiCAD 12.0.0 INT R1\WorkEnvironment
3. Find the ShowContextMenuTabPage variable.
4. Double-click it and set its value to 1, then OK it.
5. Then restart ArchiCAD.
But hey, good luck, it is pretty complicated and there is no documentation.
