Publishing Sets button in the Pop-up Navigator

Please add the Publishing Sets button to the Pop-up Navigator.
Another thing that almost got finished.

When they rolled out this feature I was so pumped! but then I asked, where is the publishing set? and the reply was "It's not used often enough". 

Again, broken record, coming from a 400+ Per year plan background, I'm opening the publishing set many times daily. The publishing set tab in the Organizer has more complexity I understand, so I can see why they avoided the task. If they could just add a simplified version, that'd be nice.

I don't need all the bells and whistles or publish button, just the views. Thanks.
